All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.ย 

Postal service and supplier issues do occur from time to time. We appreciate your understanding in these matters, since these issues are out of our control. We endeavor to communicate with you in a timely manner if your order faces any set backs or delays. Seasonal shopping spikes like the holiday season may mean that fulfillment times get impacted - please keep this in mind when placing an order - we ask you to place yourย order well in advance of needing the merchandise as we cannot guarantee the arrival date.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: the United States (USA), the United Kingdom (UK).

Countriesย we donโ€™t ship to:ย At this time, we do not ship to any other country. There may be an option for us to list an item through the Etsy platform and have you purchase the item from our Etsy storefront instead (if you are located outside of North America or the UK). Please reach out to us to inquire (using the site's Contact Form).ย 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.ย Relatable Red is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.ย 

If you havenโ€™t received your order withinย 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us atย ellemediapr@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. and may refuse to deliver to them.ย 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.ย 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with documentation atย ellemediapr@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the itemโ€™s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
