Tempoburst 💥

Welcome to my online brain dump & thought repository.
This is where I'll share more long-form content along with reflections and other random stuff.

"Why is your blog called Tempoburst?"

I wanted to come up with a term that describes the flow states I experience. It speaks to the rush of hyperfocused energy that takes place when ideas enter my brain and the need I have to externalize these thoughts. When creativity flows my mind makes connections in quick succession, while also seeking stimulation. It is both amazing and exhausting.

It's almost like my brain gets locked into an interest or query and will not let me stop, rest, or switch gears until it fulfills it's hunger for knowledge or reaches a desired outcome. The temporal rush it gives along with the bursts of energy I get sounds amazing in theory, but being a slave to a mind that is unruly, distracted, and impulsive can also be draining. It's a great source of joy and frustration.

That's how Tempoburst was born.

Down the rabbit hole I go, spiralling blissfully...
